Stayed at Sheraton before heading down to Hong Kong, noticed there was a sushi-ya in the hotel. Booked immediately for the next day lunch, for 380RMB, there aren’t much faults I could point out, other than the shari is a bit too tightly packed. Really good deal for entry level omakase 🍣
